"My favorite stay in Japan! From being welcomed by the staff to all the amenities, this hotel had a lot to offer. To start, the hotel grounds were beautiful with koi pond, tea house, river views. You can rent a free yukata to walk around the hotel with. Breakfast and dinner was included and it was delicious, servers were very friendly. Our room had a private onsen overlooking Mount Fuji, it was an unforgettable experience. The room was very spacious as well. I would love to come back here again...

"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! "Great hotel! We booked the hotel Hoping to get a view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see it since it was cloudy and rainy. However, the onsen on the rooftop made it worth it. It was beautiful and clean. The room was small, but typical for Japan. There were also many walkable restaurants outside of the hotel and the subway was a 1 min walk away. Would stay here again! "
